I was looking at the monthly specials at a restaurant we like today and one of the special starters was Lump Crab Rangoon with Bluberry Szechuan Sauce and Asian Slaw. My immediate reaction was oh ick! I have never cared for CR and once I learned to identify it, was something I stayed as far away from as possiible. I sent a note to a friend about it and her reaction was the same. The cream cheese turns to glue and what a bad thing to do to crab especially if it is real crab!
Are we alone in our aversion or are there some who really love it?
