I was lucky enough to be gifted with a one pound container of picked Dungeness crab. It does not seem to have been pasturized, which surprises me but I am glad it's not. What would you do with it? We have made crabcakes in the past, but that's just another thing in the freezer (there's only two of us).
Any ideas for a weekday dinner? We like to eat fairly healthfully, and I'd like to serve this alongside a small eggplant parmigiana, but that may be too wierd. -Just what I have in the fridge at the moment....I'm at a loss! Please help!
