pistachio peas | Apr 10, 201701:07 PM     160

May will soon be here and for many of us that means lots of wonderful spring vegetables will be in full bloom or coming into the market. Let's see what we can make with them! Please use this thread to nominate books as our next Cookbook of the Month (COTM).

Please nominate books by putting the title in ALL CAPS. You may nominate as many or as few books as you'd like but in order to be considered, they must be in ALL CAPS. Everyone is welcome, whether you are new to the discussion or a veteran COTM participant.

To learn about previous winners and see some guidelines, check out the archives:
https://www.chowhound.com/cookbook_of...

You should always feel free to add to those archives, as they are a wonderful resource.

Nominations will close on Monday, April 17th at 4:00pm EST. The books with the most nominations will proceed to the voting round.
