Restaurants & Bars

Folks there is a hidden italian restaurant just off the crazy strip. I've sampled everything on Cosmos menu and have found NOTHING I don't like. Tony Cosmo is passionate about his ingredients and stirs up a wonderful sauce your mouth with savor for many years to come. This place is not for folks looking for a noisy, commercial-type food environment. This place is for folks who like well-seasoned italian food in a cozy environment. Tony Cosmo has owned several restaurants all over Vegas and this is the only place you will get to remember italian food the way it was back in the day. The chicken parmesian, the angel hair pasta and right down to the salad will satisfy your pallet beyond your wildest dreams. Tony is also a very charming host and loves to reminise over the good ole days. The days when chefs took their time to season their foods and put their signatures on their dishes. Hey Rachel Ray, if you're still touring hidden gems in Vegas, you need to check out this one. 99 Convention Center Drive inside the Royal Hotel.
