[Corpus Christi] Taqueria Guadalajara

jwynne2000 | Apr 2, 200705:05 PM     3

Austin chowhounder here. I'm in Corpus for 2 weeks for work, and I just stumbled upon some great chow up near where I'm staying (near 1-37 and Violet). Taqueria Guadalajara.

I ordered the Carne Al Pastor and it was very well spiced and had just the right amount of moistness. The charro beans were so good, too. I was lapping them up.

So... are there any places in Corpus that can top Guadalajara's al pastor? Where else do I need to know about?
