This is a long shot to find a dish I had growing up in C-town. The restaurant (previously on Doyer St) has long closed, but I still crave the dish. The dish is gravy over corn beef served over rice (w/a side of cabbage). The restaurant also paired it with freshly squeezed OJ. My dad used to treat us to the dish after a long night of gambling - apparently, it served many gamblers at 4 in the morning. I tried a few substitutes a while back but gave up. I'm ready to try again. Any suggestions?? Thanks!
