Hi, Chinowayne got the fed ex promptly and heated it up per the instructions.

Each slab of ribs is about the size of what we'd get here as babybacks. Saying that they are just really good. Extremely tender and smoky. They definitely were slow smoked overnight.

I also got the sausage which has yet to be heated and will be tonight along with the pecan pie

the chopped pork is really good. I didn't get the beef brisket and now regret not adding it on. at 6.99$ for a pound why not?

the beeans are really good. Lots of bell peppers, onions, brown sugar and molasses flavor.

Impressive overall.

I am just surprised at how well the whole package travels. They box and package smart. Don't let the packaging fool you. It is all cooked and packaged.

If they were local they would give the LA best a great run for the money.

I will add on later after we dive into the pie and sausage
