I was just sauteing some coriander seed and garlic together, and my garlic turned the strangest green color. Kind of a pastel green. Is this normal?
In addition, does anyone have favorite recipes using coriander? I have a giant bag of it that I purchased at the Indian store down the street. I would love to make some interesting recipes with it. Currently, I'm making a lentil soup called Shurbat Addes, which smells fantastic.
