I'm very confused--two weeks ago, I saw Copper River salmon at Whole Foods for the first time this year, but didn't buy any, figuring I had at least another week. Last week, however, there wasn't any, and the man at the fish counter said the season was over already. Today, I went to Bristol Farms, and they had Columbia River salmon, which the woman there told me was very similar to Copper River, but it was more expensive. I asked her if the season was already over, and she said no, it hasn't come yet. I thought I remembered the season being later in the spring, but who was wrong, the person at Whole Foods or the person at Bristol Farms? (This sounds like the kind of word problem I used to dread in math class!) Thanks for any help!
