I was in Kroger a couple of days ago and found that they had Copper River Salmon fillets at $9.99/lb. Since it is our Salmon of choice and the local butcher shop had it at $37.00/lb. I bought it. What a waste. There was no flavor at all. When I bought it at the butcher shop last summer it had no flavor. I'm really wondering why. It has been something I waited for to come on the market every year,and was the only salmon we like. Anyone have any clues?
