Thought it would be interesting to see what everyone has in their collection of cookware! I went for about 6 years with just 4 pieces -1 quart saucepan, 4 quart stewpot, 8 & 10" skillet (imagine the bare bones rest of my kitchen lol). I have been fortunate enough to have been able to significantly "beef up" my collection of cookware and kitchen tools over the past year with some pieces I've always really wanted that have been making my life much easier. Just a few things left to get, but I'm curious if it's more "normal" to have a small set or to have a good collection of things you actually use. Anyone is free to share!
I currently have (or have on order):
-SLT Butter warmer
-1 quart saucepan (a pretty vintage lavender enamelware pot)
-SLT 2 quart saucier
-LC 2.25 quart saucier (dune)
-Lava 2.5 quart low casserole (black)
-LC 2.5 quart heart casserole (debating selling, heart shape not practical)
-LAVA 3.5 quart oval dutch oven (black)
-4 quart dutch oven (also lavender enamelware, matches the 1 quart)
-Tramontina 4 quart low casserole
-LAVA 7 quart dutch oven (black)
-SLT 8"+10" Stainless frying pans
-"Generic" 6"+8"+10" cast iron frying pans (to see what sizes I use before investing in better quality)
-LAVA griddle pan
-LAVA grill pan
I am also saving to get 2 other LC pieces- the 4.25 quart soup pot (can you tell I prefer a more rounded shape pot to cook in?) and 3.25 quart saucepan :-) After those, I think I will be pretty set on cookware for a LONG time!
What is everyone else's collection looking like?
