Cooking Shoulder London Broil

Help! Thought I was going to broil a piece of "London Broil"...but now that I've opened the pkg I see it's 2 thick pieces (about 4"), each about 1-1/ how should I cook it? Bake it? At what temp & for how long? (Right now it's marinating.)
