I have several bottles of Port in my cupboard, different types. Some Vintage Character, 10 Year Tawny, 1997 LBV, Ruby, etc.
I am sure they are over-the-hill, as they have been up there for 2 or 3 years. Are they still okay to cook with?
(And please, no questions as to why I haven't consumed them...I have...but just not fast enough).
