I just started buying copies of this magazine, and I think I'm going to subscribe. Any thoughts?
Also, this month they had a feature on sushi (fake, with veggies and smoked salmon). My fiance had a bad experience with the raw fish type and I want to wean him back to eating the real thing. I was hoping to pick up ingredients on the way home from work, but I forgot exactly what they were. Aside from nori, sushi rice and rice vinegar, can anyone tell me what's in those rolls?
