Does anyone know about cooking with flame table side?

barolobrunello | Aug 5, 201704:25 AM     2

I was in a restaurant in Malaga Spain a few months ago. I ordered the sausage cooked tabletop. They brought this cool little ceramic pig to the table and a sausage link with a skewer running through it. They lit some sort of alcohol and you simply turned your own link at the table. The alcohol was not like a flambe' in that it had to last for several minutes until the pork was cooked. I bought the pig in the accompanying little shop that was part of the restaurant. Now I need the alcohol... anyone have ideas?
