I had copied the recipe from the September issue.
Now I'm at a friend's where we are going to make the braised chicken. But realize I left the recipe behind.
The recipe involves chicken, chicken broth, potatoes, olives, thyme and lemon.
We're using chicken thighes. We're browning those. Then will add some garlic, lemon broth and potatoes, and thyme. Then what?
I've forgotten the method. Think you heat the chicken broth to boiling then cook in the oven for about 30 minutes.
