cooking and eating balut...how to?

I now know where to buy balut, at least in New York.... on East 14th street in the Philippine grocery stores, or so they say. But what then? Use it as an ingredient? Eat it as-is, out of the shell? Boil it first? Or just douse it in Thai sweet chili sauce?

Any instruction from you balut-heads out there would be much appreciated
