Just got notice of a cooking demo and luncheon to be held at La Panetiere, the formal French restaurant in Rye, on Thursday, Oct. 19th starting at 11:30 a.m. Chef Lupiac will show how to prepare a seasonal Roasted Rack of Pork with herbed crust. A 3-course luncheon will follow with the Rack of Pork as the main course. Cost is: $40 per person. Advanced reservations are required:
