Two friends and I will be spending about 2 1/2 weeks in India late December through mid-January. We're planning to spend time in Delhi, Udaipur, Kerala and Mumbai though are still firming up our itinerary. Has anyone taken any cooking classes or done any fun food-related things they could recommend? Chowhounding is one of the main impetuses for the trip -- I've studied Indian cooking with Julie Sahni (who is amazing BTW) and one friend spent a couple of years working in India about 15 years ago.
