When I cook ground beef in a skillet I always worry about using the same spatula or utensil.
I put the ground beef in the skillet, then I break it up with either a wooden spoon or a spatula.. But Then you obviously need to move the beef around to cook it. Do you use the same spatula to do this? Do I need to clean it off again?
Should I only worry about switching it out when its time to serve the meat?
I have a little ocd lol
