I'm a cookie newbie.
I have 3 Christmas cookies planned.
a) Egg white/ground almond based, no flour.
b) Walnut brown sugar meringue, no flour.
c) Pine-nut egg-yolk brandy butter shortbread.
How long in advance can I make them? Is a week too long? How long would shortbread dough be OK in the fridge? Am I panicking? Can I lie down now?
