I got an old cookie recipe from my aunt who lives in Italy. The problem is there are no measurements or baking temperature!
The cookie is kinda dense - almost like a truffle/brownie and the dough is very stiff - it's rolled into a log, refrigerated and cut into pieces before baking. I hope someone with a god knowledge of baking could help me with the measurements.
The ingredients are:
(espresso powder (optional)
The pieces are rolled in sugar before baking. Also, if I remember correctly, they didn't bake for a long time.\\\Thanks!
