I'm trying to recreate a cookie that I had at a party last week, but no one knows who made them so I can't get the recipe. They had cranberries and either white chocolate chips or butterscotch chips. I found a recipe on the net that sounded like them, but they spread out too much. The ones I had weren't flat. They were crispy on the outside and just crumbly in the middle, maybe a little bit cakey rather than chewy. I have a hard time describing this. Do you know what I mean? Should I do anything more than just add more flour to fix this. The recipe called for 2-1/2 cups -- how much more would I add?
