My cookbook collection desperately needs an upgrade. I find I'm using Gourmet/Bon Appetit (and consequently, epicurious.com) way too often. I feel I'm limiting myself to the talents of their food editors when it comes to cooking at home.
What are those cookbooks that you absolutely cannot live without?? I have the standard Julia Child, Mastering the Art of French Cooking, Joy of Cooking, BH&G, and How to Cook Everything.
What else must (MUST) I have for my collection?
