Cookbook recommendation: modern Indian/Anglo-Indian

LiamF | Oct 22, 2015 02:32 AM

One of the gaps I have in my cookbook collection right now is Indian cooking - I own Julie Sahni's 'Classic Indian Cooking', Pushpesh Pant's 'India: The Cookbook', and Yamuna Devi's 'Lord Krishna's Cuisine'. What I don't have is anything in the way of modern high-end/fine-dining style Indian...

I'm trying to work out whether Atul Kochhar's 'Benares' will fill the gap - or are there any alternatives that other chowhounds might suggest?
