Good morning! I lived in rural NC mountains & have a decent supply of ingredients on hand. No easy access to "fancy" / "exotic" ingredients.
I want to cook a brand new recipe (or at least something I haven't done in a LONG time).
Secret ingredient challenge: 1.5 pounds of cobia fish in fridge.
Thoughts? I need some inspiration. (I'm also open to other recipes without the cobra, but would like to use it use if possible)
