Cook St Village (Victoria) - ISO of coffee and other recommendations

islandgirl | Aug 31, 201608:51 AM     4

My parents are moving into the Cook St VIllage area in Victoria and I'm wondering if anyone has any intel on good places to eat (dine in and take out). I'm familiar with Pizzeria Prima Strada but anywhere else? How is the pub on the corner of Cook and Oxford? I remember going there 20+years ago but I'm imagine it's changed since then.

Also, and perhaps most importantly, is there a good coffee place in the area? I seem to remember being not too impressed by Mokka House but maybe they've improved? Other options?

Thanks for any intel
