In a week I am going to cook several meals for six people (whom I all know very well). One is a vegetarian who eats seafood, cheese and eggs; not a lacto-ovo vegetarian.
I've thought of seafood paella. Salmon, tuna or similar fish could be a main course for another meal, with tuna being the most like "meat". I'd like to think of something else besides two fish meals. Kinda contemplating a hearty salad but I also want to be creative and not too simple (or common).
