i've got guests coming and i want to make a large pan of 'manicotti' - i roll them in no-boil lasagna noodles with filling inside and then cover in marinara with a dusting of cheese. i want to make it the week before. can i assemble everything (there will be raw egg in the filling) and then freeze? or should i bake it off and then cool and freeze? i'd rather do the first if it's ok.
