What's a good way of preparing clodhopper beef cut. It has an uneven shape, it is considered a steak. I was not too pleased the last time we prepared it at home. So hope someone knows more about this cut of beef. Like temperature, seasoning and anything else. I should have asked when I bought it at Healthy Butcher. It is not hanger steak which is delicious and easy to prepare.
