Congee in a Zojirushi Induction Heating System Rice Cooker

Verofuoco | Jun 28, 201611:37 PM     8

Hi,

I am looking at buying a Zojirushi Induction Heating System Rice Cooker and want to make Chinese style congee for my baby the night before to save getting up at 5am every morning. It states porridge as an option but that is 3 water to 1 oats, I make congee on the stove top at 12 water to 1 rice. Has anyone had success at making congee in this type of induction heating model? Your response would be greatly appreciated.
