Condo making us move to electric grills

Our condo association has a new property manager who is actually beginning to enforce the bylaws. Sadly, we must give up our beloved Weber Genesis and will only be allowed an electric grill going forward. They have even declared that grills cannot be used in common areas, meaning the likelihood of them setting up a "real" grill to be used by the community at large on site is improbable. Does anyone have a suggestion for an electric grill that functions with zones for direct and indirect grilling? Otherwise, I'll start to better learn how to use my sous vide and a Searzall...but I won't be happy about it.
