Help! I've never cooked an artichoke. I've read the recipes, I've seen pictorial demos - I have a recipe for artichokes stuffed with couscous - but I'm still vewy vew fwightened. Which is weird because I'm not intimidated by a lot. Anyway, foolproof way to make whole artichoke cooking simple or just suck it up and ruin some artichokes the first time? Any good stories about your disasters to make me feel better about impending doom?
I'm bound and determined to at least not let this pair from my CSA rot while I procrastinate like the two shipments. I swear they are taunting me from the crisper drawer.
