I am looking to buy my firehouse a Commercial deep fryer but I don't no what fryer to get. It needs to be freestanding and gas. I am looking to spend anywhere from $600-$1000.
We are usually cooking for 10-14 men a meal. We will be cooking all different kinds of food (fries, chicken, shrimp etc.) sometimes we will use it for main course items sometimes for sides.
I know nothing about deep fryers or restaurant grade appliances. I need help. Can someone point me in the right direction for my budget...
Also, We are all men so one that is easier to clean out is a plus.
