So, while eating lunch at a neighborhood restaurant I discovered I like cole slaw. Or more accurately I liked their cole slaw. It was finely shredded cabbage, with a really light, vinegary, but also slightly creamy dressing. There wasn't anything else besides cabbage in this slaw, which is a good thing for me.
Does anyone have a really good cole slaw recipe that fits the description above? I mean, I don't want a new fangled, Asian twist, or anything to foofy. Just some really simple, refreshing, sweet and tangy slaw.
And without a special tool, how do I achieve that angle hair thin cabbage shreds?
