I've just exerienced a kind of epiphany. The coffee at Cafe Bacio(3rd Ave. betweeen 70th and 71st)is unlike any that I've tasted. It's not thin and cerealy and it's not overroasted and over extracted(Starbuck's, Peet's). It's like coffee heaven.
