Cocktail Ideas for dinner club

The theme for our dinner club this month (next week) is Autumn Harvest. From what i can glean from the other members we will be having classic Fall foods, featuring Pork Loin, butternut squash ravioli, some savory pumpkin dish among other things.
Everybody brings what they want to drink, usually wine and beer, and people sometimes bring cocktails, usually Gin and tonic. This time I thought about maybe bringing a cocktail appropriate to the theme. Since, the theme kind of implies American inspired dishes, i was thinking of some uniquely American cocktails featuring bourbon or Rye, Manhattan's or maybe Sazeracs. Even though it is technically Fall here in Austin, TX, there has been no noticeable chill in the air, so hot drinks are out.
Anyway, besides pumpkin beer, which i view more as a novelty, my mind is blank. And i don't necessarily want something that tastes like a pumpkin pie, anyway.
So having said that. Any ideas?
