I lived in plymouth mass and i remember my dad would take me to Clyde's bakery and on every wed we would wait for the fresh meat bread to come out. my dad would call it yaulk. not sure if thats the name or not.

but i now live out in Oregon and i have been so craving my childhood favorite bread i loved so much.i would love to no if anyone has a similar recipe to it. It was a nice flat bread with crumbly meat and such an amazing flavor we would buy salami to go with it. I could never get enough of this bread an would love to share this with my children... if anyone has a recipe i would love for someone to share

Thank you.
