I just bought a stone grill to use with a portable to try my hand at korean bbq (looks similar to this: http://www.amazon.com/Stone-Stove-Top...). Works great except I'm having a bit of problem cleaning it. Do I clean it like I would a bbq grill with the brush? I'm worried it might ruin the surface.
Also I was curious, would you spray pam or something like that prior to use?
I tried looking on the web and can't find any help anywhere. The instructions on the box aren't in english so I can't really understand what it says.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
