Co. Clare, Ireland

I'd like to recommend two places - both near Lahinch,
Co. Clare, Ireland.

The first is the Black Oak, on the road between Quilty
and Lahinch. Wonderful four-course, prix fixe menu
for 20 Irish punts and a spectacular view of the
Shannon. Everything i have tried has been very good,
especially the salmon, of course.

The other is on Lahinch itself - The Waterfront.
Lovely bistro food. Make reservations if you are
there between June and September - there are only
about 30 seats.

Enjoy.
