If anyone remembers my post months ago about my All Clad roasting pan...the one that warped when put on the stove top to deglaze the pan...I received a new one in the mail last week.

Originally someone at All Clad sent me an email saying you could not put the roasting pan on the stove top. But after another email from me pointing out how silly that was, I was invited to mail it back to them. That was before Thanksgiving, but All Clad contacted me to let me know the pans were out of stock, and then finally sent me a new one, without further question.
