What are your feelings on All-Clad pots and pans. My mom gave me a beautiful, expensive set for my birthday last fall. Recently, I have been cooking at home more and loving new recipes. It was really a thoughtful gift. However, everything sticks to the pans! Clean up is a horror because it is not recommended that you wash them in the dishwasher. I try to cook with very little oil, but it seems impossible with these pans, unless I leave them soaking overnight and wake up early to clean them before work. Is this a problem for anyone else or am I just being a spoiled brat?
