Cilantro chutney dip

I picked up some cilantro chutney recently at a farmers' market and froze it for future use. Now, I'm toying with the idea of using the chutney as the flavoring for an appetizer dip, along the lines of Lipton Onion Soup Mix with sour cream. Question is, what should I add: yogurt, sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese? The main ingredients of the chutney are cilantro, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, peanuts, and serrano chiles. I'm thinking of serving it with Ritz-type crackers and fresh veggies for some friends tomorrow night. Alternatively, I could leave the chutney as is and serve it with chicken or shrimp kebabs, which will probably be more time-consuming and expensive.

Thanks for any suggestions. I'm trying to be creative with what I already have on hand instead of having to buy a bunch of ingredients and make another dip from scratch.
