i have a bottle of apple cider that i bought monday. smells okay. tastes okay, but with just a touch of fermentediness, and a touch of fizz. i had a small glass and am still alive, but wonder about the rest of the bottle.
if bad for me, can the badness be cooked off by heating (with mulling spices, mmm...)
or baked off? your cider donut/cake/etc faves would be appreciated
