Normally this would be posted in the "not about food" catagory. However, this only applies to one Costco store in America--the one in Fife here in the Pacific Northwest. This store is a "business only" Costco. How does that apply to ChowHounds? This Costco--and only this Costco--stocks a complete top of the line restaurant supply inventory. Example: Sitram Induction Cookware. A Sitram Saute is $175.00 retail (even on-line). At Costco: $79.95. Industrial food processors, china, tableware, commercial stoves & ovens, you name it. They have as large an inventory as any restaurant supply with much lower prices. (Spices, etc as well.) A remarkable resource.
