This thank-you is a long time in coming. I had great advice from this board when going to Disneyland for the Easter Weekend.
I tried the chicken-pies, Mexican and Armenian recommendations but the most absolutely outstanding meal of my trip was at Nory's #2. My husband, daughter and I had never had Peruvian food before but this meal made our trip.
We had saltado and ceviche, my 7 year old daughter was happy with the roast chicken. We had an absolute feast for a great price. We even stayed for coffee and a couple of desserts. The owners were wonderful, explaining to us how the corn-drink is made (sorry I can't remember the name) and letting us all try some (we saw everyone with glasses of a purple beverage -- we were curious).
I wasn't too sure, when we approached the small strip-mall, but were rewarded at this gem. I WISH I could find the name of the person who recommended this -- a big thanks goes to him.
