Chowdown at Lucky Buddha in San Carlos

This last Wednesday 12 hounds met for a meal at this fairly new Cantonese dinning experiance.

I was able to get from the owner the Chef is from Macau. Which explains some of style of the dishes.

I will only post the dishes since Susan is busy until next week. But the other hounds can chip in their feelings.

It was nice to meet some new chowhound and renewing old friendship with old hounds.

I will add my two cents later.

Fish Thai Style this was a Large Mouth Bass

Tofu Seafood Soup

Whole Portuguese Curry Cream Chicken

Two Silver and Golden Threads Garlic Baked Crab

Pan Fried Shrimp with Fish Sauce

Clay Pot Mutton

Garlic Stir Fried Pea Sprouts

Black Bean Steamed Oyster

White Rice


By the way KK the Thai Fish was not hot and spicy. I think it was petty mild.
