chow ho fun

Looking for a Cantonese dish I used to enjoy in London. Called Chow Ho Fun. Broad flat rice noodles with an assortment of meats on top: a little piece of pork, duck, liver, a fish ball etc. The 'sauce' should be light. Everywhere I tried it here it's greasy with just one or two choices of meat.
