I heard that Hop Kee and Big Wong serve the best Chow Fun in Chinatown. I want to hear your comments on this.
What I prefer on Chow Fun: not too oilly (greasy), little crisp (not too burned) on the edge, not too chewy (little bit of resilence), and good brown sauce (in case of beef chown fun).
Please let me know which place would fit best for my taste preference. Thanks.
