Chopped clams?

Making linguini and clams tonight, for four. Have a dozen littenecks, clam juice in a bottle, cans of Delallo white clam sauce in the pantry, lots of garlic, and the fishmonger sold me half a pound of cooked, chopped clams.

Have never used chopped clams. Anything I need to know? Assume I don't want to cook them much.
